Congratulations on the signing of the Kate Puzey Peace Corps Volunteer Protection Act of 2011. I just finished reading the act and it is an impressive list of changes in both structure and culture in the Peace Corps system. I hope someone(s) are monitoring how these requirements are implemented at the country level. Good bills in Congress don't necessary make good directors in-country, but this is a positive step in necessary reforms.
